Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice bananas into coins and arrange in a single layer on the sheet
Place one berry (or a small spoonful of chopped berries) on top of each banana slice
Drizzle with tigernut butter or coconut butter, and sprinkle with shredded coconut and sea salt
Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until solid
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
Let sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before serving for best texture
